Even though this titles aren't directly related to positive psychology I have read and recommend the following titles: "Self-directed behaviour" by Donald Watson & Roland Tharp, "Between Parent and Child" by Haim Ginott and "How to Talk So Kids Will Listen and Listen So Kids Will Talk" by Adele Farber & Elaine Mazlish.
