Q: If all of a sudden, someone were to say, “Boo!” to you, what can you think of that might have scared you!? :)
My answers:
* An impending deadline!
* Something I forgot to do.
* A lion morphed from a bear morphed from a wolf.
* A mean Transformer.
* Crawly things.
* A past deadline!
* Nothing.
:)
Welcome to question Friday! Would love to know your answers to this question. Have a great weekend! Best, S.
- That I forgot to dress (the fear of being naked in public), following that, of course, “oh my god, did I shave my legs? Am I wearing clean knickers?”. I mean, if I’m going to be naked in public those are important, no?
- Wasn’t there something I should be doing instead of listening to Deb Talan songs?

If it’s someone saying BOO!, I would think (oh no!) it’s Senia and her Question Fridays saying BOO! Then I think it might be something from Scooby Doo.
If it’s just the feeling of UH OH and DREAD:
Big Big Spiders, Millipedes, Centipedes
Slimy sea creatures
The Undead!
Something I forgot to do…eeep!
The 11th Hour before a Deadline!
Waiting for the other shoe to drop!
Smelling or hearing something new that shouldn’t be there!
A bump in the night!
It’s funny that I have just realized that in my mind I have a counter for each of them! :-) Like, for spiders, at least you’re bigger than they are, even though they look GIGANTIC. Slimy sea creatures, avoid going into the sea or ordering them at restaurants! The undead are dealt with by shooting them in the head, etc. :-)

A mugger with a knife. A crack addict with a broken bottle. A local youth with a gun. Any of a number of my other neighbors.

That’s great, Dave! You have a riddikulus for all of them! Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiice.
Scott, those first few really were dark and scary. And then you manage to come through as always. :) Happy weekend. I wonder what you dress up as for Halloween!

Crack addict with a broken bottle. Wow. Are you hanging out around our building, Scott?
I would think of trick-or-treaters trying to score more loot/candy. Casper. Me playing peek-a-boo with my 9mo old son.

Hi Chris, those are the jolliest halloween images ever! I LOVED Casper the friendly ghost! Peek-a-boo, young son, candy… those are nice!
I mean it, you guys, I really think people’s answers tell a lot about their state of mind at that time. Chris seems to be in a playful state. (And I also think only that person himself can best interpret his state of mind from those answers he gives, so my interpretation of what state Chris may be in… may be absolutely irrelevant!) :)
